Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. However, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

If you live locally to our store, you may opt for in-store pickup. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of placing the order. Orders not claimed will be considered abandoned and merchandise will be returned to the sales floor and the customer forgoes a refund.
You will be informed if an item is backordered by email to the address provided at checkout. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified of any changes to the item status.

Two person delivery inside the home and placed in room of choice. Items delivered to main or second level (up or down). All items unpacked and packaging debris is removed.
White Glove Service – $249
Two person delivery inside the home and placed in room of choice. Items delivered to main or second level (up or down). All items unpacked, basic set-up, and packaging debris removed. 30 minutes of light assembly. Crib assembly included.
We currently only accept international orders on an exception basis. Please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about shipping internationally. Have the item name, size, and color ready for each item you wish to order. You will be provided a shipping estimate.
